New Processor, Max Performance
The all-new Redmi Note 9 Pro series, with the new Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 720G chipset, is built on an 8nm fabrication process thus making it more power-efficient to use, at the same time giving better thermal efficiency. It features two A76 cores at 2.3Ghz and six energy-efficient A55 cores at 1.80Ghz to ensure max performance without worrying about your battery.
The predecessor Redmi Note 8 Pro was built on the 12nm fabrication process, however, the all-New Redmi Note 9 Pro series comes with the 8nm chip. Having an 8nm chip will give better thermal efficiency along with lower power consumption. Thus, making your battery last longer!
Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC comes with the Kyro 465 architecture which makes it more powerful. Also, to ensure max performance in the camera, it sports the whole new 5th Gen AI Engine. So when camera AI engine kicks in you have Hexagon 692 to support it along with Qualcomm Spectra 350L giving incredible results.
